Lithuanian tourism opportunities presented in Turkey

On 21st of November, the Lithuanian Embassy in Turkey together with the Turkish Travel Agencies Association (TURSAB) organized a presentation of Lithuanian tourism opportunities to Turkish tourism companies and the media.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic Turkey, H.E. Mr Audrius Brūzga in opening speech welcomed the increasing flow of Lithuanian tourists to Turkey and regretted that the number of Turkish tourists coming to Lithuania was much lower. According to the Ambassador, the event should also encourage the Turkish people to discover Lithuania.

Mr Renaldas Čiužas, Head of Tourism Policy Division of the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy and Innovation, and Ms Žydrė Gavelienė, President of the Lithuanian Tourism Chamber, Head of the National Tourism Business Association, presented travel and leisure opportunities in Lithuania.
